Fantasy draft order is just the start. RNG Run doubles as an NFT raffle picker and allowlist randomizer for anything a community needs to decide — giveaways, allowlist spots, tournament seeding.

What is a fantasy draft order randomizer?
It's a provably fair way to decide draft order (or any random pick) using on-chain randomness instead of a spreadsheet formula or an app nobody trusts. RNG Run is a Solana-based one: a commissioner creates a race, everyone joins with a wallet and races using one of their own NFTs, and a verifiable random seed — committed on-chain before anyone joins — decides the finishing order.
How is the randomness actually verifiable?
Before the race exists, RNG Run generates a random seed and publishes only its SHA-256 hash, timestamped on-chain in the same transaction as the creation fee. The real seed stays secret until the commissioner starts the race, at which point anyone can hash the revealed seed and confirm it matches the hash published before anyone had joined — proof the outcome wasn't picked after the fact.
Can I use it for NFT giveaways or allowlist raffles?
Yes — anything a community needs to randomly and fairly decide works the same way, not just fantasy draft order. Set how many spots there are, everyone joins with a wallet, and the same provably fair, on-chain-verifiable randomness picks the winners for an NFT giveaway, an allowlist raffle, or tournament seeding.
Do participants need to pay anything?
No. Only the commissioner pays a one-time fee (currently 0.03 SOL) to create and activate a race. Everyone else just connects a Solana wallet and joins for free.
What if someone can't make it to the live draft?
The commissioner can add a racer on that person's behalf — pick an avatar and a name, no wallet required — so the race can still run with a full roster even if only some of the league can be there live.
